1. Overview
These Terms of Service govern the use of products and services provided by Reprolira Bug Forms Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this website or purchase any product or service from us.
2. Products and Services
Reprolira Bug Forms Ltd provides two categories of offerings:
- Digital products — bug report form structures, issue intake templates, priority and status systems, screenshot upload blocks, tracking tables, and related materials. All products are digital and non-physical.
- Setup services — form configuration, field adaptation, status and notification setup, and tracking format preparation. Services are delivered remotely.
Product prices range from $10 to $250. Setup service prices range from $50 to $250. Final prices are confirmed at the time of purchase or service engagement.
3. Scope of Work
Our products and services are limited to general-purpose, non-sensitive bug report intake structures and configurations. The following activities are explicitly outside our scope and are not offered under any circumstances:
- Software development or engineering
- QA outsourcing or testing services
- Cybersecurity or penetration testing
- Legal, financial, or medical advisory services
- Any regulated or licensed technical services
Clients are solely responsible for how they implement and use the materials and configurations we deliver. We make no guarantees regarding suitability for any specific regulatory or compliance context.
4. Payment
Payment terms are confirmed at the time of purchase or service engagement. Prices are displayed in USD. All sales of digital products are final unless the delivered product materially fails to match the agreed description. For setup services, payment is due upon scope confirmation, prior to work commencing.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed and confirmed in writing.
5. Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Setup service deliverables are provided upon completion of the agreed scope of work. Delivery timelines are confirmed at the time of engagement.
We do not guarantee specific turnaround times unless explicitly stated in a written agreement. Most single-service setups are completed within two to three business days. The Complete Setup bundle is delivered within five to seven business days.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased products for their own internal business purposes. This licence does not grant any right to:
- Resell or redistribute the products in their original or modified form
- Sub-licence the products to third parties
- Use the products to build competing products or services
All intellectual property rights in our products, templates, and documentation remain the property of Reprolira Bug Forms Ltd. Written permission is required for any use outside the scope of the licence above.
7. Limitation of Liability
Reprolira Bug Forms Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to a product or service is limited to the amount paid by the client for that specific product or service. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which a claim is made.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms, or the use of our products and services, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
